Ethics in Organizations

Meanwhile, here is my own book from 1997: Ethics in Organizations, published by Kogan Page in 1997; 239 pages; ISBN 0-7494-1592-4. Click on the book to buy a copy at a discounted price.

This is not explicitly a “Christian” book but is an attempt to demistify the subject of business ethics for the practising manager or professional who does not not want to be bombarded with a lot of philosophical jargon, and who wants to make a real difference.

My own opinion until recently was that it had become rather dated, but someone who read it for the first time recently in the context of an MBA programme assured me that although the illustrations inevitably do not reflect the happenings of very recent years, those which are given from the early/mid-90s still make their points clearly. Others have agreed with her so I have started again to recommend it. Maybe some day there will be a revised edition … but I’ve no idea when!
